We are a family owned meat packing plant providing custom processing, beef purchase by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole, whole or half hogs and a fully stocked retail case of individual beef and pork cuts. You can also purchase a variety of smoked meats from our case year round. Beef sold at Ellsworth Packing is raised by us for a unique one-stop shop experience to get our pasture to plate quality in bulk or one piece at a time at your convenience. Our pork is local to Kansas too with our connections in central Kansas. BKRT visitors receive $5 off a beef bundle and samples of smoked meats
