Becky's Bierocks are famous throughout Kansas and beyond and made locally in St. Francis. Never heard of a bierock? (pronounced beer-awk) Bierocks are sandwiches that have a filling of meat, cabbage, onion, and other spices, encased in a yeast dough shell. Becky Roberson started making them in 1991 and has expanded her market throughout Kansas and surrounding states. If you've never had one, be sure and try one!
